Our Policies

Mapping

We deliver in the areas that you request. Should the area not be big enough for delivery, we will contact you to let you know about it and we will add territory as needed to complete the delivery.

Weather

It is never our intention to cancel a day of work from your project. However weather may play a factor in your days possibly being postponed. Temps below 32 degrees, snow, rain, tornado warnings, or hurricanes will effect delivery. If these do occur, we as your client will contact you to let you know about the delay. We will do whatever it takes to make sure that your product is safe from the elements and will continue the delivery when it is safe for us to do so.

Payments

Payment for services are to be paid IN FULL at least 2 weeks in advance of the delivery date to ensure that your delivery takes place on the specified days requested. If there is a delay in payments being made that will only delay the delivery and may result in your days being used by another customer. There may be some exceptions to the rule, however that must be discussed before hand with us.

Refunds

Refunds are only given if the job was not done due to our negligence. If that is the case, we will give refunds with in 2 weeks of the cancellation of the job.
